Analysis and optimization of processes and workflows

You have a problem but can’t grasp it or are perhaps “operationally blind” and would like to have it looked at from a different angle.

You have been using the same methods for years and would like to know whether there are already more optimized ways of working.

I like to look at workflows or production processes and examine them for optimization potential.

For me, it’s a “sporting” challenge and an incentive when someone tells me: “But there’s no other way” or “That’s the way it has to be”.

It is important to me that you don’t always have to reinvent the wheel, but that I look for methods or processes that are already being used successfully in other areas and can be transferred with minor adjustments if necessary.

I believe that not only cost-intensive and expensive solutions have to be good, but that sometimes very simple methods or changes can also be very efficient and successful.
