This includes the supervision and coordination of projects in technical areas. This includes, among other things, the planning, execution, implementation and monitoring of the success of the project. In my opinion, it is very important that the desired effect of the project is achieved or that further measures or corrections are necessary for a satisfactory implementation. I have often seen projects “ticked off” as successfully implemented, but the planned improvements and goals were not achieved. The “KPI’s” must be determined at the beginning of a project in order to document and prove its success.
