Coordination of renovation work and relocation work

Since June 2025, I have been coordinating remodeling and relocation work for a large client in the beverage can industry.

The task is, on the one hand, to get the future location ready for occupancy together with the customer's internal specifications within a specified timeframe. The aim is to bring together the different trades – construction, TGA, ELT – and their work processes.

In parallel, the individual sections of the rather complex move must also be coordinated in terms of time and quantity within a closely spaced timeframe.  

A challenging, but at the same time very interesting challenge…
