Back in the early 2000s, I took the opportunity to further my training within the company to become “Green Belt” and later certified “Black Belt” for Six Sigma.
I was able to use and incorporate the various methods excellently in my work as a QM and in CI.
However, always according to the motto: “As much as necessary and not as much as possible!”
